The Center for Aviation Competence of the University of St. Gallen organises together with its local institute in Singapore the "CFAC Forum 2013 Finance, Risk and Liability in Aviation" in Singapore on the 31st of May 2013.
Background
The rapid developments in air traffic law have led to a number of questions, particularly with regard to finance, risk and liability. Technical literature and legislation often fail to provide adequate answers. It is therefore a matter of outmost importance that people working in the field mutually share their most recent discoveries and any trends they have noticed.
Given the current problem areas, the objective of the forum is to portray people's views and experiences of aviation finance, risk and liability in the industry, in research and in the legislative and judicial branches. Each of these problem areas is addressed in an introductory presentation, which is followed by a plenary discussion, allowing the participants to share their experiences.
